No matter where you go, we've got your back. To keep you secure, we'll now be sending real-time fraud alerts if we notice any suspicious debit card transactions.

If you receive a suspicious transaction alert, you must respond to the alert to confirm the validity of the transaction. Here's how you can expect to receive alerts:

  • Text - If your mobile phone is on record, we'll send you a text alert.
  • Voice Call - If no response is received via text, then you'll receive an automated phone call.
  • Email - If no response is received via text/call, you'll receive an email requesting confirmation.
